Grape Champagne Fizzy

The Champagne Fizz cocktail is like a big sister to the Gin Fizz. The difference truly lies in the use of champagne rather than soda and the exclusion of egg. Most champagne cocktails are not served over ice and our snazzy rendition will be served not just over plain old ice, but frozen grapes instead. This is a very quick, very easy recipe that will impress even your most discriminating guest.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz FRESH lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Chilled Champagne
  • 5-6 frozen grapes

How To:

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and sugar into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake it up well.
  3. Strain into a tulip-shaped champagne glass containing about 5-6 frozen grapes.
  4. Top with champagne.
  5. Enjoy!!
