At www.retail.libbey.com, we package your order carefully and professionally to ensure safe delivery. However, if you experience any breakage during shipment, please contact us at 1-888-794-8469, or contact us by using the online customer service form.
Shipping
Orders received after 1 P.M. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, may not be processed until the next business day.
Domestic Shipments (within the United States and Canada)
When you have finished shopping, you will see your shipping options and shipping costs listed on the “Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information” page. After reviewing, select a shipping option. Then continue with the checkout process.
At Libbey.com, we ship via UPS. The shipping charges are based on the shipping option you choose, and the weight of your order. In-stock orders shipped via UPS ground, should arrive 7 to 10 business days after we ship it.
International Shipments (outside the United States and Canada)
Orders shipping outside of the United States and Canada are shipped via UPS. The shipping charge is based on the weight and size of the package, requiring a special shipping charge. We will inform you by email with what the international shipping charge will be. We will not ship the package until we receive a return email accepting the special charge.
Shipping to APOs and FPOs
APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS parcel post only and the shipping charge is based on the weight and size of the package. This requires a special shipping charge. We will inform you by email with what the APO/FPO shipping charge will be. We will not ship the package until we receive a return email accepting the special charges.
P.O. Boxes
Sorry, we cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.
